Shipping Bot

Overview

During my grad school internship, one of my main projects was working on a Slack-based chatbot for one of our clients. Past the original concept, I was responsible for designing the interaction flow, developing the prototype, and finally pitching the bot to our client. While the bot was not picked up by the client, I learned a massive amount about chat bots, conversational interfaces, and rapid prototyping, and used much of that knowledge to create another bot: Jefferson.
